submitted by Maria P. - |Recommended: YesA nice place where to live — The Dolley Madison Towers is really nice, all the procedure have been easy, it was easy to apply, easy to sign the lease, easy to move in and even easy to add someone to the lease.
The stuff is always helpfull, they allowed us to visit the complex multiple times and visit the unit before siging the lease, as aomeone who has live in complex in the area, checking the actuall unit before signing the lease is vital.
The apartment is nice, it has a lot of space for storage and the management gave it to us in goo conditions and clean.
The down side of this complex is the parking avaliability, it is limited and the fee are expesive, if you need parking for a visitor you will have to drive around to find street parking, Also we are facing the high way and it's a little noisy but not a bbig deal to me, I guess a light sleeper woldn't like it.

Front desk staff has been very friendly and maintenance has been timely and efficient very friendly as well . The other tenants I've met along the hallways and elevators have been pleasant. Grounds are kept nicely. Amenities are really great as well.

Kathia and Zeke at the front desk are always cheerful and friendly, Kathia always makes me feel welcome when I pass by the front desk. Debbie is always helpful, kind and willing to work with residents. I would recommend living here, i'm excited to see what other renovations they will be doing in the near future.
