From the moment I walked in the door to inquire about the apartments, I was greeted with kindness. The leasing consultant was very encouraging I can't remember her name. Once I submitted my application, Sam, another leasing consultant handled all the rest. She is extremely encouraging, kind-spirited, straight-forward, and motherly. I fell extremely safe here, not only as a woman, but with my 4-month old son. The residents are very kind also and caring. It's cozy and like family living here. So, if you want a very nice apartment complex to live in, do not hesitate to inquire about Dolly Madison, South Arlington
submitted by Taha E. - |Recommended: YesFamily Friendly Prime Location — We love DMT It's a very well managed building and our neighbors here are so nice and friendly DMT has an amazingly diverse community that is very family friendly with fantastic amenities including a great gym, sparkling pool, and a very popular BBQ area to host friends especially in the summer time . You also can't beat the location that is very metro accessible and right off of 395 with great views of Army-Navy Country Club. DMT is 5-10 mins from DC, Raegan Airport, Shirlington, Crystal City, and all the prime restaurants and bars in Arlington. The building is always so incredibly clean all the time and the maintenance staff is top notch. We've lived in 3 Dittmar properties and this one is our favorite by far.

The application was easy but it was a little too long in my opinion but I understand why. I did not know about the loading dock after asking the front desk but it was also Thanksgiving so I'm not sure if that had a play in it.
