A special shout-out to Kausar, one of the front desk staff, has exceeded our expectations. She has been very keen on keeping the tenant's interests her highest priority right from the beginning of our stay here. Last week, there was an unfortunate incident of my car being wrongfully towed from the parking slot assigned to us. I spoke with Kausar, and she took quick actions to get the management's attention to the issue and handled the situation exceptionally well.
Apart from the above incident, our stay at Dolly Madison Towers has been enjoyable.

|Recommended: YesGreat price for the area — Just moved in, everything went smoothly. Price for the area worked great for me and the kids. The apartment complex is older, which means you get more room in your apartment which is great.
Only complaint, gym should be 24 hours like other apartment places, and you should not have to open your car door to use a key fob to get into the parking garage. Its 2021 put a sensor above the garage door, and give everyone a card to place in the windshield to open the garage. Other then that everything is great.
|Recommended: YesVery nice, great finishes, friendly staff — Really nice, clean, and safe. Front desk staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Parking is an issue for guests. There are limited spots and they have to pay if they stay after 6pm, even if its just for an hour. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and there is plenty of amenities and finishes that are great to do during quarantine
|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — One of the most affordable places to live in. Very close to shopping entertainment. 10min from DC. Staff here is very friendly. No noise problems and quick response when work orders are placed. Garage parking is assigned and spacious. I recommend this place to everyone I know. I lived at Avalon Ballston before here and would never go back.

|Recommended: YesVery nice, clean, and worth the price for a first place, especially during a pandemic — I lived here 2020-21 fresh out of college and found the pricing and location very reasonable for what you get. The 12th floor views are spectacular and worth it than living in a house shared with many people. I really enjoyed the cleanliness and safeness of the location of the building.
