|Recommended: YesStaff is great, management is very responsive — I've been living here for over 3 years and really enjoy this community. All staff members are very helpful and caring, promptly following up on requests. During this challenging times, everyone is taking precautious measures and taking necessary actions. I feel very safe here. I also want to acknowledge reception staff, especially Kausar hope i spelled the name correctly , who is always supportive of any requests and very kind. I appreciate her always positive attitude and caring personality.
Management is also very responsive and exhibits professionalism in every matter.
Thank you to all of you who make my living here comfortable, safe and trouble-free.
|Recommended: YesFound a home — After moving around from one apartment to another, we are glad to have finally found our home here Good location, fair rent, generally quiet, responsive management. The people who care for the community are probably the best part, however. Those who work here always present themselves with the utmost professionalism and continually exceed our expectations. Kausar, in particular, has always made us feel particularly welcome. Every time we walk past the front she always greets us by name and is ready with a kind word and listening ear. We did consider moving after our lease was up due to a rent increase here and generally in the neighborhood , but we didn't want to leave where we felt so accepted
|Recommended: YesKauser at the Front Desk — I wanted to write a review of Kauser, one of the people that works the front desk. She is very attentive and knowledgable. She is great with packages and gets them sorted in a timely matter. She is always friendly and approachable. If I have a problem I know that she will do her best to help me. She does her best to get us residents' needs met. I greatly appreciate what she does for us here at Dolley Madison.

|Recommended: YesGreat, well built property with awesome management — I would recommend it to everyone, well managed building overlooking Army Navy Club with a golf course. The commute is easy due to the fact that is located next to 395 Highway.

Spectacular ovrrlook of Arlington Army-Navy golf course. Five minutes walk to public transportation and 10 minutes drive to Washington DC and National Airport.
