|Recommended: YesEnjoyable Living Experience — I am overall enjoying my living experience at DMT. This place is very affordable with a roommate in a 2 bed 2 bath. The staff are very friendly, the package pick-up system is awesome, the building is clean, and most importantly, I feel safer here than my last apartment. I highly recommend this apartment to any young professionals in the DMV area.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet building. — The apartment is located in an area close to everything, despite 395 so close by, the building is quiet and everyone is very neighborly and friendly. The staff is pleasant and accommodating always a friendly face to be seen. The apartments are spacious, with all you need including washer and dryer.

|Recommended: YesCozy — I've been living at Dolly Madison since April 13, 2016. I've had nothing but great experiences living hear. The building staff is wonderful and always responsive. There are a lot of children that live here which for someone who doesn't have any children or like them may be an issue but the building is relatively quiet and does it's best to control children in the halls and elevators alone.
|Recommended: YesHigh marks for excellent and responsive management — The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, enforce policies to keep the community a safe and healthy place to live, and are top-notch professionals in taking care of details and questions. This smoke-free building has been great for my allergies. The professionalism of the staff trickles down to residents and the building has a neighborly feel.
|Recommended: YesA Safe Community with Great Amenities — The best things about Dolly Madison are the layout of the apartment, great kitchen design with tons of space, wonderful amenities, excellent location, good customer service, and the diversity and safety of the community inside and outside of the building. We also never hear our neighbors. There is room for improvement with the washer which only runs piping hot or freezing cold water--no warm--and the dryer which takes over 70 minutes to dry a small load of laundry. The other struggle has to do with the walls it's impossible to hang any pictures because the dry wall crumbles any time you try to put in a nail. The rooms do not have ceiling lights, so we wanted to install a hanging lamp, but the dry wall wouldn't support the hook. Overall, this is a great place to live with friendly tenets, 24 front desk staff, and great amenities.

|Recommended: YesI love this place and my 2 kids too. Laverne is a such loving and caring person. She make sure that we are all taking care of — Laverne is the best. Sirine also. They are very good people. The building is top notch clean all the time. I feel really happy and safe.

|Recommended: YesPool and front desk — I really like this building nice and clean 24 hours front desk very organized. But if you park in outside sometimes no space for you even you have parking permit and pool is very small they should make bigger and deep.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — It is a great place to live. The building and the grounds are kept clean. Kids run down the hallway or bounce a basketball in the hallway every once in a while. Other than that its a quiet atmosphere.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, except the noise from neighbors upstairs — I recommend, except that it is not in the apartment overlooking R 395, by the constant noise of traffic.
