|Recommended: YesThem Dolley Towers — I have an assigned parking spot, parking is obviously not bad in my situation but it is kinda tight. Can't hear my neighbors. Custodial staff is super polite and always keeps the lobby looking beautiful. Administrative and leasing office staff are super cool and always looking out for the best interest of all the tenants.
This is my first apartment and I love this place. Only got two very small complaints that would make the apartment almost too good to be true.
1. Gym doesn't have a bench or squat rack
2. Pets aren't allowed and I really want a puppy
Otherwise this place is great

|Recommended: YesExperience at DMT — I have spent three years at DMT, and just signed on for a fourth. My experience at DMT has been absolutely wonderful - all of the staff are friendly, accommodating, and understanding. The apartment complex is kept to update and they really work to inform their residents.

|Recommended: YesSpacious and friendly neighbors — This is our second year rent terms and we have no complaints. our daughter has allergies with pets so this is the place for her. She enjoys the playground though it is small, not so much activities, and the swimming pool. Affordable price compared to other Arlington apartments, this is so far the best regarding to the space and location.
|Recommended: YesOverall great community — I like living her and am on my way to singing a third year lease. As long as management does not change I believe it will be good. The only thing I don't like is the fact guests have to pay for parking as each unit should be given at least two visitor passes considering we have to pay for parking on top of our rent.

|Recommended: YesNice place — Overall a great place to stay. it's safe, someone is always helping with a problem. Family friendly, though wish it was pet friendly Very convenient to local stores, gyms, to 395 South and north bound, the staff is very friendly and has great amenities.
I wish the apartments were a little more spacious and had more for organization, but very clean and overall very nice place.

|Recommended: YesI loved living here You have no idea — I live on the golf course side I have to say, I'm sad I have to leave I recently has a change in my life that required me to relocate. Anyways...the view...to die for I live on the 8th floor and its perfect. The walls are defenitely thick enough. I met some neighbors through passing, and they're all friendly . The staff is very helpful, even during the holidays it was never a problem getting my packages. This apartment building has 5 elevators so theres never a wait even on the days when folks are moving in and out. The apartments are clean and If I could I would stay for a long time Highly recommended
