|Recommended: YesGood so far — So far so good. Apartment was pretty clean when moving in. Very noisy near the highway and you can hear people through above next to your unit. Staff are friendly and helpful. They hold your packages from Amazon which is great. Gym is adequate but needs a squat rack. Maintenance responded same day to fix a light fixture and provided updates. Communication is good overall.
|Recommended: YesReview — Nice quality apartment in a safe neighborhood. Close to Shirlington, Ballston, and Pentagon City, and the bus picks up right at the corner, which makes transportation easy. Not luxury by any means, but nice amenities. Insulated nicely that keeps utility bills low, and maintenance is super quick and responsive.
